In the 1970s, Savino Maldera and Francesco Cialdella were among the founding partners of an early company operating in the metallurgy sector.
In 2009, they decided to continue their entrepreneurial journey by founding Steel Tech srl, a company that today represents the natural evolution of their experience and expertise in the field.
The company is managed by a Board of Directors that includes the founders\u2019 children: Alfonso Cialdella, Chairman and Legal Representative; Vito Maldera, Vice Chairman; and Aldo Maldera, who, together with the founding partners, completes the company\u2019s governance.

We are currently investing in an ambitious transformation that unfolds across various internal and external aspects, also supported by the generational transition that has involved us for over a decade and which we can now confidently state has been successfully completed.<\/p><\/div>

The steady annual growth in turnover \u2014 +43% (2017), +34% (2018), +19% (2019), +35% (2020) \u2014 has confirmed the need to adopt further innovative systems and solutions for automated production. For this reason, we initiated an internal technological and digital transformation process by implementing a new management software system and expanding our range of machine tools with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, enabling networked and increasingly automated operations to better meet market demands. In addition, we are investing in R&D for the development of new solutions to be launched on the market, with the aim of introducing improvements over the status quo and strengthening our presence in sectors that demand the highest levels of technology in today\u2019s industrial landscape. <\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In recent years, we have embarked on an important journey towards a new corporate culture that is increasingly responsible towards our stakeholders \u2014 including employees, clients and suppliers, financial institutions, and the community \u2014 through the adoption of tools that enable greater transparency.<\/p><\/div>

The first step in this direction was the implementation of the Organizational and Management Model together with the Code of Ethics, driven by our conviction that a sound economic and production system cannot exist without greater organizational clarity and respect for people and the environment. A further step was obtaining the Legality Rating, an ethical merit index awarded by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of the Interior, certifying that our company operates according to the principles of legality, transparency, and social responsibility.
