We manufacture small and medium-sized tanks and semi-finished products in our workshops, while the assembly and construction of large-sized tanks take place directly at our clients’ sites, using our own equipment and specialized on-site teams, always ensuring top-quality delivery.

On site, we build tanks using different methods: starting from plates (when thicknesses are high) or from coils. In the latter case, we have an automated machine that performs unwinding, profiling, and automatic welding of the coil for circumferential and vertical welding, both internal and external. The lifting of the tank is carried out either by crane or by hydraulic jacks, depending on the installation area, the construction method, and the weight of the tank.

We design tanks using the most advanced and reliable software for FEM modeling and analysis, as well as software capable of verifying tank design in compliance with standards and performing evaluations and optimizations of weld joints. For high-pressure tanks, we use dedicated software that enables calculation according to ASME VII Div. 1, ASME VII Div. 2, EN 13445, AD 2000, and VSR standards.
