High Performance

We manufacture stainless steel tanks in AISI 304, AISI 316, and duplex, as well as carbon steel tanks ranging from 50 liters for the plumbing and heating sector to 13,000 m³ for the industrial and environmental sectors. These tanks can be single-walled, double-walled, heated, or cooled, utilizing the latest technologies available on the market, such as plasma and laser cutting, vertical profiling machines, and manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic MAG/TIG/hybrid laser welding machines.

We produce small and medium-sized tanks and semi-finished products in our facilities, while the assembly and construction of large tanks take place directly at our clients’ sites. Using our specialized equipment and expert field teams, we always ensure high-quality, precise deliveries.

On-site, we construct tanks using different methods: starting from sheets (for thicker materials) or from coils. In the latter case, we have an automated machine that allows for uncoiling, profiling, and automatic welding of the coil for circumferential and vertical welding, both internally and externally. The tank is lifted using cranes or hydraulic jacks, depending on the installation area, construction method, and tank weight.

We design tanks using the most advanced and reliable FEM modeling and analysis software, as well as specialized software capable of verifying tank design according to regulations, performing evaluations, and optimizing welding joints. For high-pressure tanks, we use dedicated software that allows calculations based on ASME VII Div. 1, ASME VII Div. 2, EN 13445, AD 2000, and VSR standards.
